My academic and professional path has focused on labour, social inequalities and industrial relations, combining technical expertise with civic engagement.
After graduating from classical high school, I earned a degree in Political Science (specialization in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management) at the University of Milan. I gained over fifteen years of professional experience in labor consultancy firms in Milan, building solid skills in the field of personnel management and labor law.
I also obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Gender Equality and Diversity Management. I have delivered training sessions as a consultant in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) for organizations such as Vodafone, State Street Bank, Discovery Channel, Unicredit to promote inclusive workplaces that respect diversity.
